GIVING, SELLING, OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTING CIGARETTES, OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCTS, OR PAPERS USED TO ROLL CIGARETTES, TO A PERSON UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
